GeoTrust is a company specialized in manufacturing geomembranes. With its management located in North America, and its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in China, research and development, production, quality assurance and control, customer service and sales team work hand-in-hand to serve clients around the world.

HOW DOES GEOTRUST ENSURE QUALITY GEOMEMBRANES?
A) Selecting and sourcing the right raw materials of the highest quality (i.e. virgin resin, tailored masterbatches, specialized additives package, etc)

SOURCING THE RIGHT RAW METERIALS
Choosing the right material is the first step to ensuring a premium quality product. The product formulation, in other words, the resin blend and the additives content, determines several of the properties of the Geomembrane and is one of the factors that separate products with poor mechanical and endurance properties and one with optimum properties. In addition to selecting the right raw materials, GeoTrust carefully reviews and tests the quality of the incoming raw materials. Only materials meeting the specifications are accepted into inventory and used for production.
PRODUCTION WITH AN ADVANCED MACHINERY
Producing high quality Geomembrane cannot happen without an advanced production line. We utilize a 4-layer co-extrusion blown film line, with a German extruder (Plamex) and an Italian automated control system (Doteco)
Our blown film line is further equipped with an on-line sensor, that provide constant monitoring of the Geomembrane production. The sensor alerts the production team of any defects or anomalies not visible to the naked eye, such as thickness variations.
STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM
To ensure that GeoTrust always delivers the highest quality geomembrane to its valued customers, GeoTrust has invested in a complete, equipped to perform the full set of GRI GM 13 test methods, and implements a stringent quality control and assurance program.
